Book presentation

AThe Hungarian Official Journal
Publisher held a book presentation in the Lánchíd Palace, on 10 June 2008,
introducing the „Commentary of the Law XIX of 1998 on the Criminal Procedure
I-VII”, which was published among the Journal Books series on legal
commentaries.
Dr. Péter Bárándy, former Minister of Justice, and professor Dr. Árpád
Erdei, former Vice-president of the Constitutional Court held the laudation.
Dr. Attila Morvay, Managing Director of Legal Affairs of the Hungarian
National Property Management Company introduced the book. The commentary of
the law on criminal procedure has been published in seven volumes providing
professional assistance not only with the interpretation of the law and
setting out the jurisprudence, but also with summarizing the relevant legal
literature, studying the legal history, and, where necessary, providing
comparative legal analises.
