Trophy (Trófea) CD – Compilation of law on hunting

We have widened the range of our thematic compilations of law with a new product. The Publisher collected the effective body of law on hunting and the other legal rules related to it for the first time. Aiming at complexity and practicability, the CD comprises not only the text of the laws and decrees related to firearms, hunting, wildlife management, and wildlife protection, but also the most important relevant decisions of the Costitutional Court, guidelines of the Supreme Court, and other landmark judicial decisions of the last 10-15 years. The collection embraces legal rules not in effect anymore, but which might have an influence even today in certain cases. Besides, the CD contains the full text of some historic laws, for example the Act VI of 1872 in its original form, which has a significance in legal history, showing how hunting was regulated 130 years ago. The most important legal rules of the community law on hunting can also be found in this publication.

The Trophy CD can be purchased or subscribed to in the shops of the Publisher or in our online shop for HUF 2400, and it will be available also at the FeHoVa Exhibition between 28-30 March 2008, at the stands of the Trófea Ltd. and the hunting journal ”Nimród”.
