An ’Index’ article on the company registration system

On 12 August 2008, the Internet journal ’Index’ published an article titled ’The development project of company registration worth 1 billion HUF has been stopped’. It is about the investigation in the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement related to the company registration service run by Microsec Ltd., referring also to the findings of the State Audit Authority’s inspection of the last year.

The article desrcibes the anomalies of the operation of the system in detail, including the shortcomings of billing, improvement and the insufficiency of control.

We were pleased to see that the Hungarian Official Journal Publisher was not named or referred to in the article, as our company is not involved in the affair at all.
